I cannot express enough two things. No matter who comes in contact with CJ”s by reference or simply by crossing paths in my home while work is going on, this family run operation has NEVER made me question anything they do or say. They are absolutely the best. I have struggled over the years and not told people who to use. Literally everyone I inform about CJ’s calls me to tell what a glorious and refreshing experience it was.
Just yesterday Travis was at my home installing and repairing. He met up with my painter who could not stop raving about how nice and obviously meticulous Travis is. He said it took him seconds to do his tasks and he was such an obviously great person.
I have always used them since moving back to CT in 2007, I will never use a different plumber. They helped demolish and install a new shower, have found all of the issues at my home (new reno gone south bad builder) They are always over the top helpful. Tammy in the office (also the wife and owner) is a peach and a half. she is professional and thorough. She takes the extra time to make sure you are clear on everything that needs to be done. I wish I could give a million stars.
